Dr Dryden and his staff are phenomenal. Background: I spent 3 months in a coma in ‘95, and it did so much damage to my mouth and teeth. I also ran into a pole, broke my cheek & 3 teeth in ‘99. Considering I have white coat syndrome, I saw Doctor Dryden for stage 2 Osteo Necrosis of the palate. Dr Dryden explained everything to me because I had no idea of what exactly was going on.
