The office staff were friendly and helpful. I received a new scan. Dr. Dryden was very easy to talk to and he was a good listener. He explained what the problems were and gave me the options on the repairs. I met with a person that explained the cost, my insurance covered, and surgery date was scheduled. A well organized practice.
